Secure Your Date: Accept the digital proposal and submit your 50% initial deposit via card or bank transfer. Your deposit locks in material orders and secures your place on our build calendar.

2. Site Prep & On-Site Build
Fast 1-to-2 day average construction
Material Delivery: Materials are delivered directly to your home and hand-carried piece-by-piece through your gate to the build site.
Precision Framing: We build your foundation skids, frame 2 x 4 wall assemblies, set roof trusses, and install weather-resistant LP SmartSide siding right in your backyard.
Zero Yard Damage: Because we hand-frame piece-by-piece, there are no heavy delivery trucks or hydraulic cranes running over your lawn or tearing down fences.

3. Final Walkthrough & Handover
Pay remaining balance upon completion
Quality Inspection: Once the structure is capped and trimmed out, we conduct a joint walkthrough to ensure every stud, door hinge, and latch meets your exact standards.
Clean Site Guarantee: We sweep the interior, pick up all job-site debris, and run magnetic sweepers across your lawn to ensure zero stray nails are left behind.
Final Payment: You pay the remaining 50% balance only after you are completely satisfied with your completed build.

In most Minnesota municipalities (including the Twin Cities metro area), detached accessory structures under 200 square feet do not require a state or local building permit. However, local zoning setbacks (how close the shed can sit to your property line or fence) still apply. Currently none of available sheds exceeds this 200 square feet limit.

All we need is a clear path to the build site and a relatively level area (within 6 to 8 inches of slope across the footprint). You do not need to pour a concrete pad—we construct our solid pressure-treated timber skid foundation directly on level ground or patio blocks.

Because all materials are precision-cut and hand-framed on site, most standard builds (8 x12 to $10\times16$) are completely finished and cleaned up in 1 to 2 consecutive days, weather permitting

That is our specialty! Unlike pre-built shed companies that require large hydraulic tilt-bed trailers or fence panel removals, we carry all dimensional lumber, siding, and trusses by hand through standard gates (as narrow as 36 inches) without causing any damage to your yard.

We collect a 50% deposit upon contract signing, which locks in your build date and covers 100% of your raw project materials. The remaining 50% balance is only due upon completion after we conduct a final walkthrough together.

We ask that a standard 120V electrical outlet be available within 100 feet of the build site to power our framing equipment. If your property does not have active electricity on-site (such as a vacant lot or raw land), please let us know in your project notes so we can arrange temporary generator power.
